
Born in Raleigh, North Carolina, raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, grew up in Orange County, California. After spending almost 20 years in Southern California, Erik and his wife, Kim, moved to Knoxville in the summer of 2004 to be close to his parents. Kim is an educator at Farragut Primary and they have a 3 year old son named Elijah who is the joy of our life. Along with two Springer Spaniels and two cats, they enjoy an active household. Erik spent 10 years in International Business while learning to listen to God’s call to pursue ministry as a full time effort. Erik spent almost 5 years on staff at RockHarbor Church in Costa Mesa, California leading in the areas of pastoral care, counseling and training leaders for their Life Group efforts. Erik received a BA in Communications from Carson-Newman College and a Masters in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California
