Dan is from Ocean City, Maryland where his father was a Southern Baptist Minister and his mother was a Resort Minister. He attended Carson-Newman College majoring in Communications, with a minor in Sociology and Photography. While in college, Dan was part of a band called Seed Company – this is where he met his wife Emily who was a vocalist in the band. During their college years they began attending Fellowship while it was still at Farragut Middle School. Dan and Emily, now married 12 years, have two amazing kids, Graham, age 5, and Madeleine, age 3. Both Dan and Emily have amazing hearts for Middle School students. Dan’s passion is to serve these young hearts, as well as utilize his wide range of expertise in videography to assist our staff and ministries.
