When we stay at the orphanage in Mexico, the money we give towards
room, board, and transportation not only covers our expenses but
provides “profit” that the orphanage uses to run its operations? Over
the course of 1 year, we send over 100 people to Mexico. This translates
into almost $25,000 “profit” that the orphanage is able to use, which
covers about 1 month of their annual operating budget!
