- $62,824 towards the Fellowship Ministry Budget
- $860 towards Building and Capital Improvements
- $2,317 towards Short-term Mission Trips
Giving so far this year through Sun, March 9, 2008
- $569,350 for the Ministry Budget. Our YTD target that Sunday was $637,800
- $9,361 for Building and Capital Improvements. Our goal for the year is $31,200
- $15,857 for Short-term Mission Trips. Our goal for the year is $97,000
Giving Needs for March 2008
- $58,270 average per week for the five Sundays in March
Seasons
Last week we talked about the current financial giving season that we are experiencing and stated that giving is down quite a bit compared to recent months as well as compared to February ‘07. Giving last Sunday was $11,000 greater than anticipated and we praise God and thank you for your response. Giving generously blesses our church family, the spiritual community, and our disciple-making team. Giving generously honors and praises God for His generosity. And giving generously fulfills our responsibility to care for our ministries and those who lead them. Last Sunday was an excellent beginning to returning to our planned ministry mission for the year and we will continue to make adjustments to that plan to ensure the long-term ability to go where we feel God leading.
