Need a room or two for your event? Want to use audiovisual equipment to help you teach a class or make a presentation to a group? Would you like to host an event outdoors? All you have to do is make a request! Here’s a link to our easy-to-use Online Facility Request Form.

Normal Operating Hours
Office Hours:
* Monday through Friday: 8:30am-5:00pm
Building Hours:
*The building may close early if there are no scheduled events.
* Monday through Friday: 8:15am-10:00pm
* Saturday: 8:15am-6:00pm
* Sunday: 8:00am-9:00pm
Use of Fellowship’s Facility
* People use our building for all sorts of events, from classes to meetings to community events to concerts to weddings. Fellowship has a flexible facility, able to accomodate a Brobdingnagian range of activities.
* Our Facility Staff is here to serve Jesus by serving you. We want to partner with you to make your class or meeting a worry free event. Below you will find some steps that will help us all succeed in doing this.
* Kathy Neal, our Facility Use Coordinator, is available to help you with plans and to answer your questions.
To Reserve a Room at Fellowship
1. Click here to access our Online Facility Request Form.
2. Please fill out your Online Facility Request Form as completely as possible.
3. We will review and process your request as quickly as possible. We will inform you that your event is confirmed after all details have been approved.
Points to keep in mind:
* Our facility is very heavily-used, so please submit your request as early as possible. We need a minimum of fourteen (14) days of lead time to plan for your event.
* We require four (4) weeks of lead time, or longer, for multi-room events.
* A submitted request is not a guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your request.
* Many facilities requests require approval by a pastor.
Weddings at Fellowship
* Our facility is available to our members and regular attendees (people who have attended Fellowship for over one year) for weddings and receptions.
* If you are interested, please contact Kathy Neal at 470-2820 x103.
* Kathy will meet with you and give you a wedding packet. This packet will answer most of the questions you might have about getting married at Fellowship Church.
